Return Process

  Choose a Drop-off Point

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal, then drop your parcel off at any authorized local collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
